Immigration case infrastructure

Cases arrive at your firmalready assembled.

Applicants track their own USCIS and EOIR matters in Central Tracker — status history, evidence, identity documents, deadlines. When they consent to connect, your firm inherits the record instead of rebuilding it.

Why BoldVault exists

Case management software stops at the firm's door.

Every system in this category is bought by the firm and pointed at the firm. The client stays outside it — sending documents by text, asking for status by email, missing the deadline nobody reminded them of. The firm absorbs that disorder as unbillable hours. BoldVault starts on the other side of the door.

  1. The applicant tracks their own matter.

USCIS receipts, EOIR hearings, deadlines, evidence, and identity documents live in Central Tracker from the day the case opens — with or without a lawyer.

  2. Consent connects the two sides.

Firms see opted-in applicants nearby, anonymously, by matter category and approximate distance. The applicant decides whether to accept.

  3. The firm inherits the record.

On acceptance, the firm gets read access to the case: status history, key dates, notes, and the documents already filed against it.

For applicants

Stop refreshing government websites.

Central Tracker holds the whole matter: what was filed, what changed, what's due, and what to bring. It works before you hire anyone — and it makes the conversation better when you do.

  • Track USCIS and EOIR matters

Receipt numbers, A-Numbers, form types, filing dates, hearing dates. Status refreshes and history, plus the official notice text.

  • Court status that sticks

EOIR checks capture the next hearing, court address, judge, docket date, and decision into the case record, so the details survive the lookup.

  • One attention list

The dashboard surfaces urgent deadlines and hearings first, instead of leaving you to work out what's next.

  • Evidence in order

Forms, notices, and supporting documents filed against the right case, with the storage limit shown before you hit it.

  • Identity documents, encrypted

A-Number, EAD, passport, visa, SSN, ITIN and expiry dates held encrypted at rest so you stop retyping them.

  • Weekly policy updates

USCIS and EOIR changes summarized in-app every week, for applicants and lawyers alike.

For immigration firms

Bill the case. Not the assembly of it.

Partner firms discover applicants who asked to be found, and take on matters that already have a spine. The pipeline is consent-based end to end, which means the intake is qualified and the access is recorded.

  • Discovery, not lead-buying

Opted-in applicants near your office ZIP, nearest first, shown anonymously with matter category and approximate distance. No purchased lists.

  • Consent milestones

Anonymous until the request is opened, first name on open, case access on acceptance. Every step is a decision the applicant makes.

  • Pipeline you can see

Monthly connection quota with sent and remaining, plus pending, opened, accepted, and declined counts.

  • Cases needing attention

Across accepted clients, surfaced on the partner home instead of found by asking around.

  • One firm, many members

Owner, firm manager, and lawyer roles under a single organization. Invite by email — no shared credentials.

  • Shared AI review

Firm-scoped AI conversations any member can open, charged to the firm wallet, renamed by matter.

On AI

AI is table stakes. What it reads is the advantage.

Ours summarizes case facts, flags risk, drafts, and prepares evidence checklists — and it stops short of legal advice, deliberately and in writing. That's the same offer everyone makes. The difference is the input: a matter the applicant assembled, with the documents attached and the status history intact. Good output needs a good record.

direction retrieval over your firm's own matters and outcomes, so review reflects how your firm actually practices — not a generic model's idea of immigration law.

AI here is informational. It does not provide legal advice and does not replace a licensed attorney. Where a human has to decide, the product says so.

Security as product design

Every status change, document, and consent — on the record.

Immigration data is identity documents, legal status, deadlines, family context, and firm work product. BoldVault treats it as evidence: encrypted, scoped, and attributable.

  • Encrypted at rest

Sensitive US documentation fields are encrypted with AES-256-GCM server-side.

  • Access by consent

A firm's read access to a case exists because the applicant accepted a request, and only for as long as that holds.

  • Identity data boundaries

Government identifiers sit in a separate protected documentation vault, not loose in the case file.

  • Approximate location only

Matching uses a postal-code centroid. No live GPS, ever.

  • Deletable

Account and data deletion is a flow in the app, not a support ticket.
